  Masaje Relajante 
  El masaje relajante tiene como objetivo descargar el estrés y la tensión acumulada. Para ello, éste se aplica de forma lenta, con movimientos pausados y largos pero con una 
  presión firme y progresiva. (60min, 90min, 120min)
  
Masaje Californiano
 Fusión de diferentes estilos de masaje donde destacan los movimientos largos que recuerdan a las olas del mar para una relajación profunda y bienestar.Se crea un espacio de relajación y confianza permitiendo que la energia se mueva y se exprese conviritiéndose en una nutrición para el cuerpo, la mente y el corazón. (60min, 90min)

  Masaje Deportivo
  La  finalidad es descargar las tensiones, eliminar contracturas y mejorar el tono muscular. Es un masaje profundo ideal para deportistas antes o después de una competición. 60min,90min)


  Masaje Tailandés 
  El masaje thai es una secuencia de presiones sobre puntos y meridianos de acupuntura,  con movimientos articulares y estiramientos. Todo ello en un ritmo regular donde la respiración del masajista se armoniza con la del paciente. El masaje se aplica en todo el   cuerpo, desde los dedos de los pies hasta la cabeza  alcanzando un relajación profunda y sensación de paz tanto en su cuerpo como en su mente. Se realiza en un futón, sin aceites  y con ropoda cómoda.   Reflexología Podal
  La reflexologia podal se basa en la manipulación de los organos de nuestro cuerpo  mediante la presión en las diferentes partes del pie, que tendrán su respuesta en el  órgano  correspondiente. (60min)
 

  Shiatsu
  El shiatsu es una técnica en la que utilizando los dedos y palma de la mano, pies o  rodillas, se aplican presiones sobre la superficie del cuerpo con el fin de corregir desequilibrios   del cuerpo , mantener y promover la salud. Se realiza en un futón y sin  aceite. (60min)

Traditional thai massage combines pressing and stretching what promotes the flow of energy, helping to maintain health and preserve youthfulness. There is freedom from stiffness and increase in flexibility. The energy levels are balanced, allowing the person to release emotions. Massage is done on a mat on the floor, dressed in loose, comfortable dresses. 

Californian Massage
This type of massage incorporates many of the recipient's senses, and has numerous physical and mental health benefits. 

Reflexology

Foot Reflexology is the application of pressure onto particular areas of the soles of the feet . A reflex action in another part of the body is stimulated by the manipulation of each specific area.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a traditional japanese massage based in chinese medicine. This massage incorporates holding, rubbing, heating, stretching techniques and light pressures applied to specific points to help balance the body and the mind. Massage is done on a mat on the floor, dressed in loose, comfortable dresses.

Massage zielt relante Download Stress und Anspannung. Um dies zu tun, wird es langsam aufgebracht, seine Bewegungen bewusst und lang, aber mit festem Druck und progressiv. 

Kalifornische Massage
Die Kalifornische Massage hilft, in Kontakt zu kommen mit der eigenen Energie und Kraft, die in jedem steckt.

Thai Massage  
Thai-Massage ist eine Folge von Druck auf die Akupunkturpunkte und Meridiane, mit Gelenkbewegungen und Stretching. Alle diese in einem regelmäßigen Rhythmus, wo Masseur Atmung harmonisiert mit dem Patienten.  Die Massage am ganzen Körper angewendet wird, von den Zehen bis zum Kopf   erreichte ein Gefühl der tiefen Entspannung und des Friedens sowohl in ihrer Körper und Geist. wurden auf einem Futon durchgeführt, ohne Öle und  komfortabel ropoda. 

Sportmassage 
ist eine tiefe Massage ideal für Sportler vor oder nach ein Wettbewerb. Das Ziel ist es, die Spannungen zu lindern, zu beseitigen Kontrakturen und  verbessern Muskeltonus. 
  
Fußreflexzonenmassage 
Fußreflexzonenmassage basiert auf der Manipulation der Organe unseres Körpers durch den Druck in den verschiedenen Teilen der Basis Fuß, die in dem entsprechenden Organ beantwortet werden. 

Shiatsu 
Shiatsu ist eine Technik, bei der die Finger und Handflächen mit, Füße oder Knie, Druck auf der Oberfläche des Körpers, um um Ungleichgewichte im Körper zu korrigieren, zu pflegen und die Gesundheit zu fördern. Es wird auf einem Futon ohne Öl durchgeführt.
