Massage this is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax and energize you.

Thai Massage

Traditional thai massage combines pressing and stretching what promotes the flow of energy, helping to maintain health and preserve youthfulness. There is freedom from stiffness and increase in flexibility. The energy levels are balanced, allowing the person to release emotions. Massage is done on a mat on the floor, dressed in loose, comfortable dresses.

This type of massage incorporates many of the recipient's senses, and has numerous physical and mental health benefits. 

Reflexology

Foot Reflexology is the application of pressure onto particular areas of the soles of the feet . A reflex action in another part of the body is stimulated by the manipulation of each specific area.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a traditional japanese massage based in chinese medicine. This massage incorporates holding, rubbing, heating, stretching techniques and light pressures applied to specific points to help balance the body and the mind. Massage is done on a mat on the floor, dressed in loose, comfortable dresses.
